Tuesday, June 10, 2008 - Summer Institute Housing application and Student Housing License Agreement available through the Cal Poly Portal (my.calpoly.edu), select the "Housing Tab" and then the "Housing Channel."

Print "Summer 2008 Housing License Agreement," mark the Financial Aid box as 'method of payment' and mail License Agreement to Cal Poly's State Cashier by the due date of July 15th as listed below (mailing address is listed on the License Agreement).

Monday, July 7, 2008 - The Summer Institute "Summer 2008 Housing License Agreement" is due.

Please be sure to mark the Financial Aid box as 'Method of Payment' on License Agreement and mail by the above listed due date.

box.gif (883 bytes) Friday, July 18, 2008 - Room assignments for Summer Institute Students posted online (re-access the Housing Application through the Cal Poly Portal at my.calpoly.edu, select the "Housing Tab" and then the "Housing Application System ").
box.gif (883 bytes) Saturday, August 2, 2008, 12 noon to 4 p.m. - Students move into on-campus housing for Summer Institute.

box.gif (883 bytes) Monday, August 25, 2008 -  Last day of Summer Institute classes
box.gif (883 bytes) Monday, August 25, 2008, 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. - Summer Institute students move out of their rooms.
