On-Campus housing for Winter Quarter 2009 is limited.  The on-campus living communities consist of Residence Halls, which house first-year students in double and triple rooms, the Cerro Vista Apartments, housing freshmen as well as upper classmen and the Poly Canyon Village apartments housing sophomores and upper classmen. Checklist
	November, 2008 - Students needing housing for Winter/Spring 2009 can call the Housing Office (805-756-1226) and submit an initial housing application over the phone
	December, 2008 - The Housing Office will contact students who have requested an initial housing application and provide them with follow-up information regarding payment and access to an on-campus Housing License for the Winter/Spring 2009 quarters
	December 23, 2008 - Room assignments for Winter Quarter are made available to incoming students
	Before January 3, 2009 - Submit the Meningococcal Disease Response Form to Cal Poly's Health Services. A "Meningococcal Disease Response Form" must be submitted prior to moving into on-campus Housing. "Response Form" is a available at http://www.hcs.calpoly.edu/MeningInfo.pdf
	January 3 & 4, 2009 - On-campus housing opens for Winter Quarter, 2009, on Saturday and Sunday, 12:00 - 6:00 pm, both days
	January 5, 2009 - Winter Quarter Classes begin Monday
	January 30, 2009 - Spring Quarter Housing Installment Payment due . Charge of $25 for late payment. Mailed payments are receipted as received by postmark date
