Sustainable Features
Poly Canyon Village is a 822,605 square foot mixed-use student housing community consisting of 9 residential buildings, 618 apartment units, retail and support services.
It is the first LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certified New Construction project on the Cal Poly campus. The University's vision is to provide this new student housing campus as a regional model for sustainable design.
