Early Start Programs Move-In

University Housing supports Early Start Program participants with campus housing in exchange for their commitment to support Mustang Move-in and other activities
related to fall opening.
If you are part of one of the programs listed below, you do not need a move-in appointment; however, you must adhere to the move-in dates and times agreed upon by your sponsoring program. Check-in maps will be linked below in August.
Please ensure that you are on the list sent from your program to University Housing for early move-in. If you belong to two groups, move-in with the program that has the earliest start time.
As you are arriving early, your building/room may still be undergoing preparations — including limitations to utilities and cleaning. In rare cases, some residents may not be able to move directly into their fall assignments and will be accommodated elsewhere.

After-hours check-in: Staffing is very limited after hours. Please arrive at your designated time.
Front desk hours & locations, Aug. 14:
- Aliso front desk (serving Poly Canyon Village): 9:30 a.m.–5 p.m.
- Cerro Vista front desk (serving Cerro Vista Apartments): noon–5 p.m.
- Sierra Madre front desk (serving Sierra Madre and Yosemite): noon–5 p.m.
- Trinity front desk (serving South Mountain and North Mountain): noon–5 p.m.
- yakʔitʸutʸu front desk (serving yakʔitʸutʸu): noon-5 p.m.
Outside of regular hours for Aliso, Sierra Madre and Trinity front desks, all residence hall residents will go to yakʔitʸutʸu front desk and all apartment residents will go to Aliso front desk, which are open daily noon–7 p.m.
All front desks are open regular hours, 8 a.m.-8 p.m., Monday-Friday, and 10 a.m.-8 p.m., Saturday-Sunday, starting on Monday, Aug. 17.
