Continuing Student Housing Fees, Solano Campus

The fees noted are for the license period beginning 8 a.m., Aug. 22, 2026, and ending at noon, May 23, 2027. Winter break is not included in the academic year license period.
All fees are proposed and subject to change and approval by Cal Poly Executive Order and the CSU Board of Trustees. Fees may also be adjusted for different occupancy/room configurations or for shorter stays due to public health conditions.

Winter Break Fees
Residence halls is close for winter break at 5 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 19, 2026, until noon, Sunday, Jan. 24, 2027. Winter break is not included in the academic year contract and is a separate fee. The fee is not refundable. All verified Guardian Scholars (former foster youth and other independent youth) are entitled to housing over winter break at no additional charge.

Payments
This is required to submit the application and secure a space.
Annual housing fees are posted to your Student Account in August. Options for paying fees include deferring to financial aid — if there are funds remaining after tuition is covered, paying the annual balance or making quarterly or monthly installments.
